Registration & payment
By filling in your information below, you register for the specific service, course or activity.
You can register for several courses and activities in the same registration, just remember to write the name of all courses and activities that you want to register for.
Registration is binding.
 
When I receive your application, I will send you a confirmation of whether there is space and whether your application has been approved or not, together with an invoice.

Cancellation
Cancellation and refunds are only approved on presentation of a medical certificate or veterinary certificate.

Vaccination
The dog should have protection against infectious diseases.

Insurance & liability
The dog should be insured and I recommend that you also have liability insurance. As the owner of the dog, you are strictly responsible for your dog and any damage caused by your dog during services, activities and courses.  DabbaDog is not responsible for damage to other individuals or materials.
